About the Role


As a
Customer Support Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive timely, friendly, and effective support. You’ll be the first point of contact for users, assisting them with queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they make the most of our platform. From refining our knowledge base to responding to tickets, your role will directly contribute to a seamless customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing


Handling Support Tickets – Managing customer queries efficiently and resolving issues in line with our service-level agreements (SLAs).

Maintaining the Knowledge Base – Regularly updating and expanding support documentation to provide customers with clear and comprehensive self-help resources.

System Walkthroughs & Tutorials – Reviewing, improving, and possibly delivering user onboarding and training sessions to help customers navigate the platform effortlessly.

Proactive Customer Engagement – Reaching out to customers to offer assistance, identify common challenges, and ensure they’re fully benefiting from our platform.

Troubleshooting & Problem Solving – Diagnosing technical issues and working with internal teams to implement solutions that improve the user experience.

Feedback Loop – Gathering insights from customer interactions to suggest improvements to our product, service, and support processes.

Collaboration with Teams – Working closely with developers, sales, and marketing to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

 

About You


We’re looking for a
proactive, customer-centric problem-solver who is eager to make an impact. You don’t need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable with technology and eager to learn.

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills – You can explain complex topics in a way that’s clear, concise, and engaging.

Tech-Savvy and Quick Learner – You’re comfortable using software, navigating CRM tools, and troubleshooting technical issues.

What You’ll Need

🎯 Previous experience in a customer support, customer success, or administrative role

🎯 Strong proficiency with technology and software platforms (experience with CRMs or SaaS tools is a plus!)

🎯 Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

🎯 A passion for helping people and improving processes

🎯 A self-motivated and proactive attitude

 

The Details


📅
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

📆 Some weekend days required per month (scheduled on a rota basis)

💻 Work from home with flexible arrangements
