In cases of bank transfers, you have the flexibility to confirm payment receipt. This step allows you to align your records with the customer’s payment status, and keep your customer in the loop.

Streamlined Draft Report Submission

Survey Booker gives you the flexibility to upload reports manually or effortlessly through specialist report-writing apps. Simply send your draft Single Survey back in a click, moving the job to  ‘In review’. 

Control who can view the separate components of the report, upload, comment and approve. 

The Single Survey is one of the key parts of the survey. Submit the report from your report writing app (or upload manually if you prefer). On submission the job can move to ‘In review’ and alert your customer that their report is available to review. 

Allow customers to view the draft single survey from their account and either approve it or submit comments for your review. 

Once approved, the different report documents are seamlessly merged together into your final report for download and distribution.

Making submitting the Property Questionnaire easy. 

Choose between manual upload of a template completed offline or allow customers to complete an online questionnaire from their account that validates if they’ve completed all the required sections. A long questionnaire, customers can complete questions, save and return later as they collate all the information needed. 

Once they’re ready to submit, answers populate into your questionnaire template and upload to the Property Questionnaire document field ready to be included in the final merged report. 

Upload the EPC pdf to the job record for inclusion in the final merged report. Each document included in the final Home Report can be uploaded separately and updated with ease if a newer version is needed.

View which documents have been uploaded and which are outstanding with ease.

With the introduction of our new customer portal our customers are able to see all quotes and progress in one place. Our terms and payments are now all online and our customers can view their uploaded report via the portal rather than waiting for it to be emailed to them. Our customers can access the portal from their PCs or smart phones and have direct access to their designated sales account manager through either email or messages.

Final Document Preparation

Effortlessly merge all your documents into a polished, professional final Home Report with standard title pages and properly arranged sections in the order you want. 

Either you can merge your report and mark the job as complete or potentially allow your customer to do this as they approve the Single Survey from their account offering faster access to the final document. 

Once merged, the final report can be emailed out and accessed via the customer and referrer portals.

Whether that is sending you a completed pdf to upload, uploading a pdf via their portal or more simply completing online questions at any time without the need to submit all information in one go. Once all required questions are completed, the customer can submit their answers automatically creating the Property Questionnaire ready for merge.

Allow customers to easily view, comment on, or approve the single survey, ensuring the job progresses with ease.

Referrers can also login and track the progress of the job, as well as receive email updates at each stage whether the appointment is booked, the draft report has been submitted or the job is complete.

You can set which job types should move from ‘Preparing Report’ to ‘In review’ and which should move directly to ‘Complete’ when a report is uploaded. For example a general valuation may move to complete as soon as it’s uploaded whereas your Home Report will be marked as ‘In review’ once your single survey is submitted ready for your customer to view and approve. 

You can also set which parts of the report a customer is allowed to view and if they can upload, comment on or approve it.
