We’ve introduced a new AI-powered email composer in Survey Booker, designed to support surveyors in managing communications more efficiently while aligning with evolving RICS guidance around AI use.
The composer can help draft a new email from a prompt or assist in writing a response to an incoming message, saving time when dealing with routine communications.
Because it can reference relevant job data within Survey Booker, the responses it helps generate can be tailored to the specific job or enquiry you’re working on.
This release also lays the foundations for a number of new AI-powered features currently in development, as we continue exploring practical ways AI can support surveying firms.
