Who are you and Lock and Key Home Surveys? 

Hi there. My name is Dean. I’m the director of Lock and Key Home Surveys. We specialise in residential surveys level one two and three and also offer drone surveys.

What were the challenges you faced before Survey Booker? 

So being independent. Obviously, it’s just myself I have to do all the admin all the bookings all the payments all the terms. And it was just becoming a bit too much really and I definitely needed some kind of management system to help me out and organise me much better.

How much time have you saved on admin?

I’ve saved so much time on admin. It’s unreal. I can put my feet up and have a cup of tea while the system does the majority of the legwork for me. You know before I went to sleep thinking have I rang this client have it at this payment I need to do this tomorrow. I need to do that none of that anymore. I just log in I see exactly where I’m at on the stages and just respond accordingly. And in backgrounds of it all in terms of it will internally email them when they do the steps and it’s saved absolutely loads of time.

How much have your sales grown? 

So, of course you can put survey Booker on your website to give people an instant quote or a bespoke quote and that’s actually increased foot traffic to my website by 400% in the first month alone. So sales of grown exponentially leads are coming in quicker. Not only that we provide you with their information, you know their typing in their phone their address their email so, you know, you’re free to contact them. They’ve already put their foot in the door. You just need to open it for them.

How has Survey Booker helped your engage customers? 

There’s more in the when they come to me with a direct quote. You know, I’ve got their number then I’ve got their email so I can just follow that lead straight up. They’re already interested in me because they’ve been on the website and inquired so it’s just a little mini sales pitch from then on, you know to tell them about my services and what I offer and then they’re on the hook. They’ve hooked themselves basically and I just have to reel them.

What have you been most impressed with?

Definitely be most impressed with the level of support that they offer, you know, if I email them about oh, you know an improvement to the system. For example, they will respond. They will implement it if it’s a good idea, you know, and then that benefits everybody that uses survey Booker from then on. But I feel like the really open to listen to our ideas and implementing them in a professional manner.

Would you recommend Survey Booker? 

I’ve already referred it to some survey and friends. I feel it saves masses amount of time it draws more people in gets you more leads and the customer service fantastic. I don’t see why you wouldn’t take the plunge and go for it. It’s well worth the money.
